We do not allow products to be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a product is broken or damaged upon arrival we will refund the item without requiring a return. Additionally, if the product breaks on no-fault of the customer before 30 days have passed we will offer a refund without the item needing to be returned.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
