Returns
We do not allow products to be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
If the product breaks on no-fault of the customer before 30 days have passed we will offer a refund without the item needing to be returned. You are NOT entitled to a refund if the order does not arrive on time or was delayed during shipping internationally which may experience various delays for any number of reasons.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This could be up to 30 days.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you received a refund through PayPal, but, do not have a PayPal account, and you paid from a bank account or credit/debit card then your refund may will take longer - potentially more than 30 days.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at openmv@openmv.io. We will not issue any additional direct refunds until after 60 days have passed from issuing a refund for your order from our store.
